One Solution:- SEEP
Student Educational Empowerment Program (SEEP)

Objective
The objective of the SEEP is to empower individual students to make informed decisions about their career paths and equip them with the necessary skills to thrive in their chosen fields. This program aims to provide guidance on exploring abilities, surroundings, career options, understanding market demands, enhancing employability skills, and fostering continuous educational development to ensure long-term career success.
Structure
The SEEP identifies each student's natural abilities through various testing methods, understands the social and economic environment around the student, works to improve career skills as needed (Via customized improvement schedule), and strengthens the student's understanding of subjects and courses. Stores this entire process as a record "Career Planner" and updates the record continuously. SEEP caters to the complete career planning of students from classes 8th to 12th in a professional and comprehensive manner.
